When we have not got crown of tooth we can rebuilt tooth on different ways. The crown of tooth can be broken or it can forfeit its structure because it has got caries. If loss crown of tooth is not too big, we can use fixed prosthodontics INLAY or ONLAY. These fixed prosthodontics are done with composite or porcelain. This method can precisely rebuilt a shape of tooth and it gives excellent esthetic result. The tooth is stable and resistance to wear away.

The fixed crown- root is the second method to rebuild of crown of tooth. The fixed crown- root is cemented in tooth’s root. Next on this fixed crown-root is set the crown which is done with porcelain fused to gold or  zirconium.
